朱古力MOUSSE cake懶人做法~~~

呢個朱古力慕絲凍餅..初時係諗住聖誕節整俾DL一齊"做節"食既, 但係平安夜嗰晚去完玩之後, 我同佢都好唔舒服, 成day 都係喺屋企休息.....勁慘, 咁啲材料剩晒喺度~~~咁啱孖咪佢地又話黎唐五開除夕"趴地", 哈哈~~~!!!啱晒~~~唔駛嘥晒啲料~~~!! HEHHEHE!!!


我初初問人地整凍餅係咪好難架~~~啲高手個個都會話~~其實都唔係好難整既~~但係我一睇份材料單咁鬼多樣野就好鬼暈~~哈哈~~~始終我都唔係一個料理好手嘛~!


不過, 我去到尤小姐介紹我去嗰間蛋糕材料舖, 俾我搵到啲出貓材料, 唔駛整得咁辛苦~~! 嘻嘻~~~~懶人萬歲! 出貓材料包括有~~Oreo餅乾碎, 朱古力慕絲粉~! 工夫少好多~! Yeah!


第一個步驟係煮熔啲牛油先~咁要睇下你用幾多餅碎, 預返幾多, 因為我試過跟材料單整, 會好少牛油...我會覺得最後個餅底會好鬆, 所以落多少少會好啲~~! 至少唔會一陣沙咁~!



熔左牛油之後, 熄火~~就倒啲餅碎~~~撈呀撈~~撈呀撈~~

跟住就倒落個餅摸度片實佢~~!!!!幾靚~! 跟住就即刻放入雪櫃備用~!

出貓材料朱古力慕絲粉出場~! 若覺得唔夠朱古力, 可以加多少少可可粉~!

400ml 淡忌廉, 打呀~!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 最緊要係快~!!! 但係真係好鬼攰~!

打到起起地, 倒埋啲慕絲粉同可可粉落去~! 又係勁打一輪~!!!!!!!

打到結晒, 起晒漿~!!!!! 呢個moment ...你會有啲後悔...做乜唔買打蛋器呀!!!


倒完落個模, 再片實佢, 片靚個面~~~放入雪櫃~~~3個鐘後~~~~~~!!!

登登登登~~~大功告成~!!!! 6"朱古力慕絲凍餅~!! 完成~!


除左嗰三個鐘雪凍佢之外, 前置功夫都係40分鐘之內可以完成~~~!!!
